Yes. Each piece is made and finished by hand. Because of this, small natural variations in color, grain, pattern, and finish are normal and make every item unique. Product photos are representative; the item you receive may differ slightly.
Ready-made items are typically prepared for shipping within 7–12 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces generally require 2–4 weeks, and larger furniture or complex commissions may take longer. Your specific timeline will be confirmed at the time of order or in your quote.
Yes. Custom and bespoke work is one of our specialties. Please contact us with your idea, and we will advise on feasibility, materials, pricing, and lead time before any work begins. Custom orders are confirmed only after the quote is approved and any required deposit is received.

We package every item carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a suitable resolution.
