Our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, size, pattern, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. An order is confirmed only once payment (or any required deposit) has been received.

Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you based on the agreed specifications. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except in the case of a defect or shipping damage as described in our policies.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a suitable resolution. Because our items are handmade and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference or minor natural variation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epocraft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Vietnam.
