Shipping Policy

Ready-made items are typically prepared for shipping within 7–12 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces generally require 2–4 weeks, and larger furniture or complex commissions may take longer. The estimated timeline for your order will be confirmed at the time of purchase or in your quote. Processing time does not include transit time.

Once shipped, international delivery usually takes 8–20 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by customs and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. For large furniture or special items, we may provide a custom shipping quote before your order is confirmed.

When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed by customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking your package whenever possible.

Every item is packed with great care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
